This
initial
step is
to help
identify
if we are
compatible
with one
another.
It gives
you the
opportunity
to meet
us and learn
how we operate
as a professional
company.
We, in turn,
hope to
gather enough
information
about your
project
to offer
appropriate
strategies
to work
together
as a team.

For Construction
The
design process
is a way
to explore
your ideas
with our
in-house
Architects.
We are trained
to solve
problems
in creative
and practical
manners.
We will
develop
appropriate
budgets
alongside
the designs
to maintain
a feasible
project
and stay
within your
budget.
We also
help with
material
and finish
selections
to make
sure you
have chosen
the right
products
for your
needs. Once
you are
comfortable
with the
design and
associated
budget,
we ask for
a commitment
to proceed
with construction.

There
is much
work to
be done
before actual
construction
begins.
The Pre-Construction
phase allows
Deckwright
to order
materials,
schedule
our trades
people as
required,
and secure
the proper
permits
necessary
to construct
the project.
This also
allows us
time to
complete
the carpentry
on a previous
project
before transferring
the carpentry
crews.

Completion
Here
is where
the fun
begins.
We will
introduce
you to our
Project
Manager
who becomes
your primary
contact
and is responsible
for your
project
during construction.
We will
collectively
determine
where a
dumpster,
port-o-let
and materials
will be
stored during
the work.
Our team
will then
build your
project
with great
care and
attention
to detail.
At the completion
of the work,
we will
do a final
walk-thru
to make
sure everything
has been
accomplished
to your
satisfaction.
Progress
payments
will be
outlined
in the construction
contract.
